Mango Salsa


Ingredients:

Ripen Mango-1(cut into cubes)
Finely chopped onions -1/2
Red bell peppers -1/2
Cilantro chopped -1/2 cup
Lime juice -1 tsp
Salt to taste 
crushed pepper - 1 tsp

Method:

1) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
2) Cover and chill 2 hours before serving 
3) Can be served as a side with baked fish, shrimp skewers or can be eaten as is
